Due to having over 500 students, it is imperative that we all work together for the safety of our children.

Nannie Berry only has two phone lines and limited staff.  When our power goes off there is no phone service. If you do not get an answer when you call it may be due to a power outage or all phone lines are busy.

The school gets notification of a early dismissal at the same time parents do so please do not call the school. School Cast calls, TV, and radio will communicate with the public. If you get a call from School Cast please listen to the message.

On the back of the registration card is  a place for you (parent/s) to indicate what the transportation procedure is for  your child during emergency dismissals. This is what the school will follow. The school cannot call parents during this time to check on transportation arrangements. Please keep your registration form updated. The registration form cannot be updated during an emergency. Have a backup plan besides calling the school if there are circumstances beyond your control.

Children are our most precious gifts so together let’s keep them safe.

1 hour          Kindergarten     1:30           1st – 5th        2:40

2hours         Kindergarten    12:30          1st – 5th        1:40

3 hours        Kindergarten    11:30          1st  - 5th      12:40

4 hours        Kindergarten    10:30          1st – 5th      11:40

Berry Patch will be open until all Berry Patch children have been picked up.
