Time is stockpiled as per state law to allow for up to thirteen days of school being missed due to "dangerous or extreme weather conditions." Any days missed beyond that thirteen MUST be added to the end of the school year.

State regulations require a total of ten administrative and in-service days. At least five of these days must be used for in-service, and one administrative day must be used as a parent conference day. This calendar schedules four administrative days in addition to the parent conference day and three of the five allowable in-service days. The remaining two in-service days are to be earned through activities chosen by each teacher outside the calendar with the principal's approval.
