Hello Parents,

My name is Ms. Kerry Daniel and I am the new director here at The Berry Patch! I am very excited about working with your children this year. We have a great staff that most of you, if your children have attended The Berry Patch before, will be very familiar with. But first, a little bit about me. I am a mother of 3 wonderful children, Daniel 21, Olivia 16 and Hallie 11, we have lived in Hendersonville for about 12 years now and are proud to call Hendersonville our home. This is a wonderful community to be a part of

We have 4 staff members beside myself, Carrie Johnson, Shaaron Williams, Peter Jones and Rita Russell, they are all veterans here at The Berry Patch!

Our hours here at The Berry Patch are from 6:30 am-6:00pm for the before and after programs. In our handbook that we passed out at the beginning of the year, you will find additional information in regards to special days (in-service), holidays, etc. Please refer to the calendar in the handbook to insure plans are made in advance for childcare on the days we are closed. If you cannot locate and need another handbook, please feel free to ask for one, we have plenty!

TUITION

Berry Patch tuition is as follows:

Registration charge (new students) $ 25.00
Holding charge (hold spot for next fall) $ 15.00
Kindergarten dismissal until bus time $ 30.00 per wk
Mornings & Kindergarten dismissal until bus $ 45.00 per wk
Mornings Only $ 40.00 per wk
Afternoons Only $ 45.00 per wk
Before & After School $ 55.00 per wk
Holidays (Spring Break) $ 25.00 per day
Special days (In-service, administrative days,
snow days, etc. ) $ 15.00 per day extra
Regular tuition due for all + if child attends
extra if child attends
Charge for late weekly payment $10.00 perwk
*** If received after 9 AM on Thursday
Charge for late daily pick-up (after 6:05 p.m.) $ 1.00 per minute

Tuition is due by Thursday at 9:00 am. for that week's care. A $ 10.00 late charge is charged for payments received after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.
